Questions about billing
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Every new workspace gets 7 days of Pro. Choose a plan any time before the trial ends.
How do I pay?
Payments go through PayMongo. Yearly plans can be paid by card, GCash, Maya, or QR Ph. Monthly plans renew automatically on a card or Maya, and you can cancel any time.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still open and download everything, and editing comes back as soon as you choose a plan.
What counts as a seat?
Each member of your workspace, plus each invite that hasn't been accepted yet. Basic has 2 seats (you and one teammate); Pro has 10.
